Information collected Contact information, address, requested quote types, referrer name when provided, and consent choices. If you choose to add them, I also receive driver names, dates of birth, driver license numbers and states, vehicle details, and property details. How I use it I use your information to respond to your quote request, prepare available insurance options, communicate about those options, and keep required business records. Who may receive it I receive your request along with the Rykman Agency, Allstate, their authorized affiliates, and service providers as needed to support quoting, communications, security, or website operations. Your contact choices The online form requires the permission box to be checked, and it starts unchecked. By checking it and selecting “Click Here to Request a Quote!” you authorize the calls, texts, and emails described on the form from me, Don Padrones, and the Kory Rykman Allstate Agency, including calls and texts to a number on a federal or state Do Not Call registry where permitted by law. If you previously unsubscribed from our emails or your address is on our internal Do Not Email (DNE) or email-suppression list, you affirmatively consent to receive our insurance-related emails again at the address you provide. You may unsubscribe again at any time. A request to resume calls or texts after an earlier opt-out is subject to applicable law and review of existing opt-out records. Consent is not a condition of purchasing insurance. You may revoke permission by any reasonable method, including calling 770-974-5303, emailing DonPadrones@Allstate.com, using an email’s unsubscribe option, or replying STOP to a text. Optional quote details Optional driver and vehicle details: You may provide dates of birth, driver license numbers and states, vehicle details, and property details to help me prepare your quote. If you submit this request, those details are sent through this site’s HTTPS quote-request service and included in the quote-request email to me, Don Padrones, at DonPadrones@Allstate.com. Email is not guaranteed to be end-to-end encrypted. Only provide another person’s information with their authorization for this quote request. Listing another person does not give consent on their behalf to marketing or consumer reports; any required separate permission must be obtained before those reports are requested. Do not enter Social Security numbers, medical information, or bank or payment-account details. Quote-related reports The form also asks for authorization to obtain and use information about you through the carrier-approved quoting process, as permitted by law. Depending on the requested policy and state, this may include motor vehicle records, claims and loss history, and insurance-score or LIS reports based in part on credit information. An insurance-related soft inquiry may be requested. Additional carrier-required or state-required notices and authorizations must be completed before the applicable reports are obtained. This website does not itself run those reports. The Reviews page loads its Google review panel automatically. When you visit that page, Google may receive your IP address and use cookies to provide current place details and reviews under its Privacy Policy and the Google Maps Platform Terms. The direct Google listing link, and external Allstate and LinkedIn pages, open third-party services with their own privacy policies.
